With their new mortgage servicing portfolio declining due to strategic choices, Bank Financial decided to add to their servicing portfolio by acquiring MSRs.

They sought to drive improvements in profitability by creating “sticky” relationships that would lead to product deepening among DDA, credit card and other products and services.

Our Approach

Develop a multi-touch, multichannel welcome and onboarding journey. Throughout the touches, we called out the benefits of working with BOK Financial and began to build a relationship between the newly acquired client and a BOK Financial relationship manager.
